Midtown Obstetrics & Gynecology is located in the heart of Denver, just east of downtown.  Free valet parking is available in front of the North Side of the building.

The Midtown Obstetrics & Gynecology office is located on the corner of Clermont and Hale Parkway (near Rose Hospital).  From Colorado Boulevard, turn east on 12th Avenue / Hale Parkway.  Continue 0.4 miles east on 12th Avenue / Hale Parkway.  Our office is on the southeast corner of Clermont and Hale Parkway.  Take the elevator to the fourth floor and walk down the hall to Suite 400.

Our office is open weekdays from 8:00 a.m. until 4:45 p.m.  All appointments are scheduled by the Midtown Obstetrics & Gynecology receptionist during normal office hours.

Midtown Obstetrics & Gynecology accepts most private insurance plans and Medicare.  Please familiarize yourself with the benefits and limitations of your policy since many insurance plans require authorization prior to certain procedures.  Check your insurance plan for details. 

You will be asked to provide your insurance card at the time of your visit.  Your co-pay or payment is required at your appointment unless arrangements have been made in advance.
